The 9th Silk Road (Dunhuang) International Cultural Expo drew to a close on Nov 4 in Dunhuang, Gansu province, after three days of forums, exhibitions, and matchmaking that produced concrete outcomes in cultural cooperation, heritage conservation, and copyright governance.
