Smart technology aids precision agriculture in Gansu

Since the soil is not suitable to cultivate, precision agriculture needs to be developed. All vegetables are planted in organic bags.

The park has also introduced Israel's technology - drip irrigation of water and fertilizer.

With this technology, 600 square meters of greenhouse can save 2000 to 3000 square meters of land, saving 40 percent water and 30 percent fertilizer compared to the past, said an official from Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in Suzhou District, Jiuquan.
