Kang county in Longnan is the original habitat of black fungus in China. Cultivated using unique cork oak wood segments or sawdust from the Qinling Mountains, the black fungus is grown in mountainous or forested areas, with mountain stream water and rainwater as the source, ensuring a natural growth cycle.
