Farmers in Wenxian county, Longnan, Gansu province are busy picking, cleaning, drying and sorting a bumper harvest of red chili peppers.
The county has 723.38 hectares of land planted to peppers. It has an estimated output value totaling more than 65 million yuan ($9.33 million) a year.
