The air is filled with the fragrance of spring at Lushuiwan Ecological Scenic Area in Ganzhou district, Zhangye, Gansu province.

The ice and snow is beginning to melt, water and streams starting to flow and willow trees are sprouting new leaves and buds. Patches of trees, the emerald green lake and roads adorn the landscape like a long scroll of an ink painting.
