The 11th edition of the Dunhuang Tour Silk Road International Tourism Festival commenced in Zhangye, Northwest China's Gansu province, on Wednesday.
At the event's opening ceremony, a colorful cultural show themed "Gansu in Harmony" was held at the Zhangye Silk Road Cultural and Art Center. The show presented 12 performances that showcased the unique cultural and traditional features of Gansu province, along the Silk Road from east to west.
