Caizi village in Longxi county, Gansu province, has been bustling with activity as over 40 companies from within and outside the province have arrived for a recruitment drive.

Some participants are learning childcare skills on-site, others are inquiring about job opportunities outside the village, and some are even connecting with potential employers through live-streaming sessions.

The initiative is a collaborative effort in which the government provides the platform, companies bring job opportunities, and skills training is offered to ensure that villagers are prepared. This job fair effectively brings employment opportunities right to the villagers' doorsteps, making the job search more accessible than ever.
