Lanzhou in Gansu province introduced 18 spring outing and flower-viewing routes on March 24, connecting the city's vibrant blossoms, mountain landscapes, ancient pear orchards, and scenic countryside.
The routes encompass five themes: urban leisure, Yellow River charm, ecological road trip, family science exploration, and red culture. They cater to diverse visitor preferences, like offering leisure routes for urban professionals, science exploration routes for families, and road trip routes for outdoor enthusiasts.
Each route is designed with detailed information on flower-blooming periods and transportation tips, ensuring a seamless experience. "We want visitors to enjoy the beautiful scenery while having a worry-free journey," said an official from the Lanzhou cultural and tourism administration.
Furthermore, Lanzhou Water Transport Group will open the "Fun Spring Outing" Shichuan Route from April 5 to May 5, offering tourists a tranquil boat journey along the waters in Shichuan town.
The Yellow River Grand Canyon Route will also be available over the same period, expanding integrated travel and transport options.
